Due to the complex nature of what we do, you may not uderstand some of the language. We have provided a glossary of terms to help.
There are two navigation menus on our website. At the top is a bar listing the primary sections of the site. The section you are currently viewing will always be highlighted on this bar.
Most sections have a number of pages within them organised into categories. These will be listed on the right of the page. This area also contains a search form and links to related pages that may of interest.
Occasionally this right column may not be shown (for example, if a particularly wide table or graphic needs to be displayed). In this case, either use the 'back' button on your browser or click a link on the top menu bar.
Some of the content on this website is in PDF format. These will have a PDF icon -
- next to them. These files require the Adobe Reader to view them. Most computers will be able to view these files without having to install any software. If you do not have the software it can be downloaded for free from Adobe by clicking the link below.
