A cosmetic dermatology programme, focused on the dermal filler market segment which comprises of two dermal filler products and an enzyme which allows in-vivo-dissolution.
A Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 analogue in clinical development for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity.
HB Test is a Haemoglobin test kit for point-of-care-testing of the haemoglobin level in human blood. It is primarily sold to blood banks and doctors' surgeries.
CellMed AG is based in Alzenau, Germany and develops medical device and pharmaceutical products. CellMed was founded in 2000 and acquired by Biocompatibles in 2005. BTG subsequently acquired Biocompatibles in January 2011. BTG is an international specialist healthcare company that is developing and commercialising products targeting critical care, cancer and other disorders.
CellMed’s research and development teams are engaged in new product development, based on the company’s core drug delivery technology platform. We are developing a cellular protein delivery product for the treatment of stroke, based on proprietary stem cell technology; and a GLP-1 analogue for the treatment of diabetes and obesity. We are also developing medical devices for the aesthetic market.
